HORIZONS OF HOPE WORKSHOP

JOIN US FOR THIS IMPORTANT 4 SESSION WORKSHOP

TUESDAYS MAY 7, 14, 21, 28 – 7:00 to 8:30 PM

The gift of life is a precious one given to us by God.  We belong to Him.  Our lives and those of our loved ones have joys and struggles.  One of the challenges we all face is the end of our earthly lives.  This workshop is for those:

  • who are seeking to learn more about palliative care and Catholic Church teaching on end-of-life.
  • who have recently been diagnosed with a terminal illness
  • family members who need resources and guidance as they journey with a loved one who is seriously ill
  • Parishioners and pastoral care teams who want to form a Compassionate Community program

 

There is no specific workshop fee but we are asking for a donation to help cover costs of the snacks/refreshments and workshop materials.  Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
