This is an adult retreat designed to help better understand grief and navigate a path toward healing.  Sessions cover physical, emotional, social and spiritual aspects of grief; honouring life and self care.  An opportunity to honour your person in a candle lit celebration viewed within the context of the Catholic faith.

 

 

There is no specific retreat fee but we are asking for a donation to help cover costs of the lunch and retreat materials.  Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
